Protection is the master switch

While Protection is on, ScreenPact enforces the daily budget, Start and Pause state, zero-time boundary and configured schedules. A parent can turn Protection off for a supervised exception; Off bypasses every ScreenPact block and remains off after Windows restarts until the parent turns it on again.

What ScreenPact does not do

ScreenPact does not filter individual websites, monitor messages, capture screens, identify apps, manage phones or provide a remote cloud dashboard. It manages whether this Windows PC can reach the external internet.
